At SJE, we designed our maintenance programmes with one goal: zero unplanned downtime for our clients.

Our engineering and helpdesk staff are available for all guidance and assistance. Breakdown and maintenance calls are attended to in the shortest possible timeframe - because in a busy building, every hour of elevator downtime has a real cost. All spare parts installed by SJE are readily available in the market - zero risk of obsolescence or proprietary lock-in.

Maintenance Contract

Complete protection. Maximum peace of mind. Designed for high-traffic commercial and industrial installations where uninterrupted performance is non-negotiable.

  • All labour charges for repair & calibration
  • All consumable items (oil, grease, cleaning materials)

  • No additional charges for extra visits under AMC

Semi Comprehensive
Maintenance Contract

Strong protection with flexibility. Covers labour and selected components while giving building owners more control over part replacement decisions.

Regular Servicing

Plan 3

Non Comprehensive
Maintenance Contract

Regular, professional scheduled servicing. Maintains your elevator in excellent condition, with parts billed separately at competitive rates.

What's Covered:
  • Scheduled service visits at 30-day intervals on working days
  • Inspection, cleaning, oiling, and greasing of components
  • Adjustment of parts as necessary to maintain performance
  • Identification and reporting of any wear or emerging issues
  • Parts and labour for replacements billed separately
Best for: Newer installations still under manufacturer warranty, residential buildings with lower traffic, and clients who prefer to manage part replacement decisions independently.
